Kim Girards
Kim has been President and CEO of Ergonomic Group since 1984. In her role, she leads the woman-owned business, leveraging her entrepreneurial drive to boost team motivation, customer satisfaction, and solution quality to reach profit goals successfully. Previously, she worked in business development at Gehring Textiles, where she monitored all aspects of business operations including strategic planning, research, finance, HR, and marketing, and led operational plans, objectives, and strategies. Kim received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from Rosemont College.

Stephanie Girards
Stephanie is Co-Chief Executive Office of Ergonomic Group, where she participates in all facets of the company and works closely with other board members to achieve sustainable growth and stability within the business. Previously, Stephanie was the marketing and events coordinator for the Ergonomic Group. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
