EGI’s Customer-Focused Interaction Center

EGI’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC), based in Long Island, NY, provides a unique, hands-on environment for clients to explore new technologies and to seek out expert guidance to overcome a diverse range of IT challenges. The center is considered a neutral zone, free from vendor-specific influence and uncomfortable sales pressure.

Visiting the center is, above all, a tactile experience. Clients are encouraged to simulate and test various solutions to find the perfect combination of features and benefits that work for their situation. EGI experts are always present to help guide your progress, but also demonstrate sensitivity to allow private interactions to continue unhindered.

The CIC serves as an educational center as well. On a regular basis, seminars on emerging topics will be given by infrastructure experts throughout the Northeast. And the center can be made available for private consultations and/or the technical training of your team.
